  Do you support custom lighting design and OEM/ODM service?

  Yes. Customization is our core advantage. Boyah Lighting provides full OEM and ODM services, including custom sizes, shapes, metal finishes, glass textures, color temperature adjustment, dimmable systems, private logo engraving and personalized packaging. Our engineering team can turn client concept pictures, sketches or design files into finished production lamps for residential villas, hotels, restaurants and commercial spaces.

  What is your MOQ?

  For standard models, 1 piece sample order is acceptable. For customized lighting, MOQ depends on craftsmanship and material requirements. We support small trial orders and bulk project orders to meet different buyer needs.

  Can you provide samples before bulk order?

  Absolutely. We welcome sample testing for quality, texture, light effect and finish confirmation. Sample production helps clients verify product quality and reduce bulk order risks.

  What payment terms do you accept?
  A

  We support flexible and secure international trading terms. The standard payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For the order amount less than USD 1000,we suggest 100% payment in advance to save bank handling cost.However for customized lighting order, we request 40%-50% deposit depend on the lamp processing difficulty and upfront investment then 60%-50% balance to be paid before shipment. (We'll show you the production photos and package photos of the products before you pay the balance) . We accept Paypal, TT(Bank transfer), Western Union, Money Gram and credit card pay on line. For long-term cooperative clients, adjustable payment terms are available upon negotiation.
