All products go through material inspection, welding and polishing checking, aging testing for LED boards, light uniformity testing, anti-glare inspection, appearance finishing review, and final full-function testing before packing. Every batch has complete inspection records to ensure stable quality for wholesale and engineering projects.

  What is your production lead time?

  For standard stock lighting models, the lead time is 3-5 working days. we have some models with stocks which ready to send, For customized or OEM decorative lighting, production takes 15–30 working days according to design complexity, material difficulty and order quantity. We always confirm the exact schedule before order confirmation to avoid delays.

  What after-sales service do you provide?
  A

  We provide 2–3 years official warranty for all decorative light fixtures. Within the warranty period, we offer free replacement of damaged electric components and LED accessories. Our professional overseas sales team provides installation guidance, troubleshooting support, and efficient online after-sales responses.

  How do you pack the products for international shipping?
  A

  To avoid breakage during long-distance transportation, we adopt multi-layer safe packaging, including pearl cotton inner protection, foam fixing, hard carton outer packing, and wooden frame reinforcement for glass and large custom lamps. Professional anti-shock and anti-pressure packaging ensures safe global delivery.
