Q: How Long Is Your Warranty?

All Boyah lighting products come with two years guarantees againt defects in materials or workmanship.

During this period,Boyah lighting will ,at its sole options,to repair or replace a defective products or parts without charge.

but this excludes shipping back and forth.

Concering the damages during transportation

If the damage caused by our poor packing method,we will take full responsibility to replace or supply repair need fittings.

If the damages caused by customer agreed or nominated packing method,or other factors,we will charge the repair parts cost and shipping cost accordingly.

Above mentioned warranties does not cover:

1. Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse.
2. products which have not been maintained,or which have been modified
3. Any indirect or consequential loss.

By providing the superior quality products and first class service to our customers,if you products arrives or presents with a damages or fault.

1. A detailed description of the damage or fault.
2. Photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault.

We will give you an reasonable response within 24 hours.
